Welcome to Tailor Made. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our garment manufacturing services and website.
01.Service Agreement
By engaging with Tailor Made, you agree to our terms of service regarding order minimums, timelines, and payment structures. All production timelines begin upon receipt of the deposit and the final approval of samples and technical specifications. Changes requested after approval may result in timeline adjustments and additional fees.
02.Payments & Deposits
Custom manufacturing requires an upfront deposit to cover the initial sourcing of raw materials and block scheduling for production. The remaining balance must be cleared prior to final shipment. Detailed invoices and payment plans will be established during the initial contracting phase.
03.Quality & Returns
We pride ourselves on our rigorous Quality Control process. Clients have an inspection period after delivery to report any manufacturing defects that deviate from the approved samples. We do not offer returns on customized garments unless there is a confirmed error in our manufacturing process.
04.Intellectual Property
All designs, technical packs, and proprietary creations provided by the client remain their intellectual property. However, Tailor Made reserves the right to showcase produced items in our private portfolio unless bound by an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
